East End Cottage is a self contained house with easy ‘on street’ parking.
LOUNGE
The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated and has a feature open fireplace for guests to use if they so wish. It has a smart TV, DVD player with numerous DVD’s, a large library of books – fiction, reference and cookery books – and board games.There is a bed settee here.
KITCHEN
This is a fully modernised, luxurious kitchen / diner with electric AGA , microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine fridge and Nespresso machine. There is a large extendable dining table with matching chairs.
UTILITY ROOM
This leads from the kitchen and opens onto the patio and garden to the rear. A washing machine, tumble dryer and modern electric cooker are housed here. There is space for outdoor shoes and coats and a good area to enter from walking or golfing.
BATHROOM
This has a bath with rainfall shower over, WH basin and WC.
BEDROOM ONE
King size bed, bedside cabinets and and 2 large chests of drawers. Feature decorative fireplace.

BEDROOM TWO
Zip and link divan – can be set up as super king or twin beds. Bedside cabinets and large chest of drawers. Hangers are provided upstairs for use if required.

Modern shower room with shower cubicle , WC and WH basin.
HEATING
The house is comfortably heated with modern Dimplex electric storage heaters. The kitchen is heated by an electric panel heater and the AGA. A traditional open fireplace in the lounge can be used to augment heat and create a romantic atmosphere.
REAR GARDEN AREA
A veritable sun trap, this enclosed, private area has patio furniture, Arbour, BBQ and shed for extra storage.
